Firecracker 200 Weekend at The Salem Speedway

The traditional Firecracker 200 Weekend is up next, with on track action on both Friday, July 4th and Saturday, July 5th, with Sunday, July 6th as the rain date if needed. On Friday, the Diesel Boys GAS Series/CRA Street Stocks will have open practice along with the Salem Super Cars and Mike’s Muffler & Brakes Crown Vic Big Track Series. Racing on Friday will include heat races for the Mike’s Muffler & Brakes Crown Vic Big Track Series, and features for the Crown Vic Short Track series, the Crown Vic Figure 8 Series and the Crown Vic Future Stars with a Fourth of July party after the racing action! Saturday night’s Firecracker 200 will consist of a 100 lap, $5000 to win feature with the Diesel Boys GAS Series/CRA Street Stocks Challenge and a 100 lap, $2,000 to win feature for the Mike’s Mufflers & Brakes Crown Vic Big Track Series. Also racing that night will be the Salem Super Cars and a special Scrapper event along with a huge fireworks show after the Firecracker 200 events.
